As the beauty manager of Cobella in Kensington High Street & Selfridges, Oxford Street, I have seen Jo's work for several years and always admired her skill. Many clients of mine who are notorious for demanding a high standard of treatment have all gone to Jo and raved about how fabulous her work is so I thought it was time to pluck up the courage and do my own eyebrows! I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to pain so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the treatment was painless under Jo's hand I also think her kind and gentle manner goes a long way in helping you feel completely relaxed! Initially I was worried that maybe I would not like the results but Jo spent lots of time drawing them to the perfect shape and choosing the exact colour match of my own natural hair colour so I knew exactly what the finished results would look like before she commenced treatment. I honestly don’t know why I did not do this year’s ago! My eyebrows look natural and perfect for the first since I can remember. No more pencilling! After such an easy treatment I expected maybe some after effects but other than my eyebrows being a little dry for a few days there was no redness, itching or pain I could go straight out after the treatment and no one would have ever known! I would just like to thank Jo for making such a difference in my look and saving me 10 minutes every morning! Having worked with many semi-permanent makeup artists over the years Jo is the only one I would safely be happy to send my clients to knowing they are getting 100% perfection every time. My mum, who suffers from Motor Neuron Disease, was finding it increasingly difficult to pencil on her much admired eyebrows every morning. Joanna was recommended to us as someone who could remedy that problem for her. Mum and I had a very comprehensive consultation with Joanna at a local Beauty Salon, where the options of block or hair stroke technique were explained and the perfect colour match achieved. The procedure was painless and surprisingly quick and Joanna managed to perform her miracle with my mum still in her wheelchair. We were given an after care information sheet and returned a few weeks later for Joanna to check whether any adjustments were necessary. Months later, my mum is still extremely happy with her 'new' eyebrows and is relieved that she decided to have them done as it has proved one less worry as her illness progresses. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joanna to anyone - she is an expert in her field, totally professional and most importantly, a thoroughly lovely girl.

If you are contemplating or concerned about having semi-permanent make-up applied then read on...... I must say I am such a 'Wuss' that I have to have sedation at the Dentist for a filling! Yet I have just been to Joanna for the second time, she gave me the most perfectly applied eyeliner to both top and bottom lids. If I can do it, anyone can!
Joanna was very understanding and applied lots of numbing lotion first and then the treatment just felt like a vibration close to my eyelashes. Joanna gave me my first Permanent Eyeliner treatment approximately 2 years ago and it has been fantastic not having to apply this myself every morning since then. I wouldn't want to be without it now. I have great confidence in Joanna and would recommend anyone considering having semi permanent make-up to see her for a professional and caring experience. In fact, I going to have lipliner next!

'Having had semi permanent make up by someone else years ago that was very disappointing it proved a total pleasure to be treated by Joanna and I am thrilled with the results! Joanna did my top and bottom eyeliner about 2 years ago and I have been thrilled with the results. It’s so nice to wake up in the morning with perfectly applied eyeliner. It’s also ideal for on the beach and in the pool, no more panda eyes! A few months ago I went back to Joanna to have my lip liner done, once again it was perfectly applied and Joanna achieved the most gorgeous colour. I had been a little apprehensive about the lip liner as I had a small scar on my top lip but Joanna has managed to cover it up completely. Having had two out of 3 treatments I couldn’t wait to complete my new look with some gorgeous new brows and I have to say Joanna has worked a miracle with them. My brow line was quite low but using the hair stroke technique Joanna raised the arch of my natural brow and I feel like I’ve had an eyebrow lift! I really couldn’t be happier with all of my treatment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joanna to everyone!
