Hi There….

I would like to welcome you to my first blog entry!! I really hope you find it helpful if you are thinking about having semi permanent make up.

I am very passionate about Permanent make-up and I really enjoy making my clients happy, I can honestly say I LOVE my job!!  As technologies and techniques are ever-changing, I thought, well… what a great idea it would be to share the latest information with you and keep you updated on a regular basis!

A little bit about me….

I have been specializing in the beauty and aesthetic industry since the age of 17(1992) and from the age of 19 I owned and ran my own busy beauty business “The Beauty Spot” which was located in a popular sports club in Hockley Essex.   I specialized in advanced electrolysis, thread vein removal, Make up and offered a huge range of beauty therapy treatments. 

In 2001 I did a great deal of research into becoming a permanent make up technician. The following year I qualified as an advanced Permanent make-up specialist at The Centre of Micro- Pigmentation Ltd where the standards are of the highest international level.  Further to this I became a trainer to other students and really enjoyed showing them clever techniques and tips to help them create fabulous permanent make up treatments.

I absolutely love working at my different clinics in Harley Street, Kensington, and East London, around Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Colchester.  I also have my own private registered home clinic in Essex. I enjoy meeting new clients and catching up with my regulars.

The Eyebrows…

Eyebrows frame the face. Therefore this treatment will hugely benefit those with eyebrows that are too light in colour, thin, sparse or generally uneven. If they are well groomed they can act as an instant face lift which leads to a younger looking appearance. By colour matching and adding very fine individual hair strokes I can recreate the natural brow.  I can also add depth and completely reshape the brow to suit your individual look.  Something so simple can make such a huge difference. For those who have suffered hair loss as a result of alopecia or illness will find this treatment to be incredibly beneficial.

The Lips…

Is one of the most sensual features of your face. This treatment is a really effective way of adding volume and improving symmetry. Also a great solution for uneven or poorly shaped lips, as it enhances the outer line creating a fuller lip.  The shape of the lips can be enhanced or defined. By using a hint of colour to match your natural lip shade or favorite lip pencil this is a fantastic way to make lips appear perfect.  From a soft lip line to full lip blush the choice is yours!!  This too is great for covering scars or stopping lipstick from bleeding.

The Eyes…

Having lash enhancers and eyeliners really bring out the eyes and emphasize their colour.  Eyelashes can be made to look thicker and fuller by adding tiny dots, realistically mimicking the eyelash; this treatment will really enhance the natural beauty of your eyes. Alternatively the daily chore of applying eyeliner can be replaced by permanent eyeliner as you would wear it.  From subtle to dramatic, again the choice is yours!!  This treatment is also a gem for those who suffer with sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
